- Fulfillment Failures: We fail to ship your order due to stock inventory issues or logistics problems on our end.
- Internal Errors: Our warehouse accidentally sends you the incorrect chemical compounds or products.
- Fraud Prevention: Our security system flags an incoming transaction as high-risk or potentially fraudulent before dispatch.
Refund Exclusions & Client Responsibilities
However, we do not grant refunds if the error lies on your side. Specifically, we cannot issue refunds under these circumstances:
- You supply incorrect, incomplete, or invalid delivery information (such as an inaccurate shipping address).
- The courier abandons or returns the package because an adult was unavailable to sign for it.
Tracking Late or Missing Refunds
If we approve your refund but you have not yet received the funds, please follow these sequential steps:
- First, monitor your account for 3 to 5 business days, as financial institutions require standard processing intervals.
- Next, contact your credit or debit card company, since banks take time to officially post a transaction.
- Subsequently, speak directly with your bank manager to check pending incoming transfers.

Damaged Items & Product Exchanges
Conditions for Product Exchanges
We achieve excellent shipping success. Nevertheless, transit accidents can occasionally happen. We restrict product exchanges exclusively to regular-priced items that arrive defective or physically damaged.
To qualify for a product switch, you must meet these terms:
- You must notify our team and submit clear photographic evidence of the damage within seven (7) business days of the original delivery date.
- The item must be a regular-priced product, since we do not offer exchanges or returns on special sale items or bulk clearance lots.

Return Shipping Protocols
Obtaining Your Authorization Number
You must never ship items back to our facilities without prior written consent. Instead, you must first email our support staff to obtain a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please note that our warehouse team automatically rejects and destroys any inbound packages that arrive without an official RMA number.
Shipping Costs and Carrier Insurance
- Payment Responsibility: You must cover the physical costs of shipping your return item to us yourself. Furthermore, all original and return shipping fees are completely non-refundable.
- Deductions: If your case qualifies for a financial refund, our billing department will automatically subtract the cost of return postage from your final payout.
- Transit Timelines: The time it takes for your replaced merchandise to arrive varies, depending heavily on your global geographic location.
- Shipping Insurance: Crucially, we highly recommend that you utilize a trackable shipping provider or purchase comprehensive shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that our warehouse will successfully receive your returned parcel through the postal network.
